As we’ve moved into 2025, I’m taking a moment to reflect on the past year and I am incredibly proud of the remarkable achievements and significant growth we experienced at QuickLogic in 2024. Last year, we solidified our position as a leader in innovative embedded FPGA (eFPGA) technology and expanded our reach across multiple sectors, including industrial, aerospace and defense.
One of our most notable accomplishments was being recognized by BAE Systems with a ‘Partner 2 Win’ Supplier of the Year award, a testament to our dedication to delivering state-of-the-art eFPGA Hard IP capability to the Defense Industrial Base. We also continued our commitment to the US Government’s Strategic Radiation Hardened (SRH) program, receiving multiple contract awards. This ongoing work underscores the importance of our technology in mission-critical applications.
In 2024, QuickLogic also demonstrated its ability to rapidly deliver custom eFPGA IP solutions, including for TSMC’s N12e 12nm process within a record three-month timeframe. This achievement highlights the efficiency of our proprietary Australis IP Generator, which enables us to quickly target specific semiconductor foundries and fabrication nodes. We also signed an eFPGA IP contract for GlobalFoundries’ 12LP process, further cementing our position in the industry.
QuickLogic has also been focused on strategic partnerships to help us grow as a company. In the past year, we joined Intel Foundry’s Accelerator IP and USMAG Alliance Programs, ensuring our eFPGA Hard IP technology is available on Intel Foundry’s state-of-the-art process technologies. This collaboration allows us to enhance the performance and scalability of our eFPGA Hard IP. Our commitment to open-source tools ensures scalability, longevity, and full code transparency for our customers.

As we’ve stepped into 2025, I am incredibly excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. We are committed to driving further innovation, fostering broader and deeper customer engagement, and enabling wider adoption of our eFPGA technology across new markets and applications. These efforts, coupled with our growing strategic partnerships, position us to deliver even greater value and expand our footprint in the industry.
