If you wish to report your concerns anonymously, you may access the Company’s anonymous Whistleblower Hotline, a confidential messaging system administered by Navex/Global Compliance Services as follows: QuickLogic Compliance Hotline at (887) 705-2577. Anonymous reports should be factual instead of speculative or conclusory, and should contain as much specific information as possible to allow the persons investigating the report to adequately assess the nature, extent and urgency of the investigation.
