You might have seen the press release that we issued this morning regarding Nations Technologies (a leader in China’s IC design industry) selecting our ArcticPro eFPGA for their next-generation low power IoT SoC. This press release reflects the formalization of the relationship we mentioned during our last earnings call. In that call, we discussed signing a new MTLA (Master Technology Licensing Agreement) which would enable us and our customers to fast-track SoC License Agreements.

Nations Technologies selected QuickLogic’s ArcticPro eFPGA technology due to its ease of implementation, ultra-low power consumption and ability to maximize the addressable market for its latest SoCs. Our extensive experience with FPGAs and their integration into SoCs made us the ideal eFPGA IP partner.
